I have thought about the two many times over the years and our times together. I frequently had the inclination to drive to BR to visit but just never got around to doing it. I always enjoyed my association with Gene and held him in high regard personally and in business.

I am so sorry to read about Gene and I know what a terrible loss this is for you. Even though we have not stayed in touch over the years, you both have always remained in my memory and I truly enjoyed our friendship those many years ago. I can not express how very sorry I am for you and your family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I am so sorry that I did not know in advance so I could have attended visitation.
