Borka Klobucaric

Borka Klobucaric, native of Zenica, Bosnia and resident of Baton Rouge, La passed away after her battle with cancer on Thursday, July 5, 2012 at the age of 53. She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Stjepan Klobucaric; four daughters and their spouses, Dijana and Sasa Arapovic, Sanja Klobucaric, Dragana and Joshua Kirst, and Svetlana Klobucaric and fiancé Nikola Varat; one son, Matej Klobucaric; four grandchildren, Leanne, Andre, Kaiden, and Bojana; parents, Stanko and Savka Savic; two brothers, Borislav and Jadranka Savic, and Zaharije and Zorica Savic; one niece, Vesna; and two nephews, Goran and Zoran. Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home on Saturday, July 7, 2012 from 12 noon until religious services at 1:30 pm. Burial will follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Borka was an employee of the Baton Rouge Country Club and Picadilly Cafeteria. She loved people, music, company, and lived for her family and friends. She enjoyed life and would celebrate it whenever possible. Although she lost her battle to cancer, she will always be in our hearts, our minds, and with us at all times. She was a great wife, mother, grandmother, and friend and will never be forgotten.
