''Is better late than never'', says a famous phrase. So, I want to say something about this person who got part of my childhood when he was 7 and 8 until he moved to US.
Luisito was the way we used to call him. Viewing this photograph, I realized that I almost forgot his face, but one special memory came to my mind.
One day, staying in the school, he brought a sparkling soft drink in his lunchbox. We were on the time break and he shook it pretty much and opened the bottle immediately, that soft drink got out like a rocket toward the roof. A memory made to remember forever.

Always smiling, so unquiet, so lovely, so loved by his classmates and teachers. I still remember when his father came to our classroom to take him away to another country.
His father only said us ''Luisito is moving to another place'', because we were just children not able to understand what he meant, and he left us with the wide smile on his face.

And that is the way in which I will remember him forever. He did not share his life here, but today I feel so bad because it is not fair the way like the life acts sometimes.

God keeps you in his endless glory.
    DIANA.

My sincere condolences to the Morejon family. My heart aches for all those whose lives Luis impacted. My thoughts and prayers also to his parents. Once my grandmother told me one of the hardest things to accept was losing her son to death. At the time I was young and didn’t understand what she meant. Now that I’m older I know now what she meant. As a parent no one expects to lose their child. But what kept her going (and now me as well since I lost her to cancer) is scriptures like Rev 21:4. Gods hope and promises to rid death forever, “and death will be no more”. I hope and pray scriptures such as these can give you comfort as it has my family.

Luis, my friend, you will sure be missed by all who have known you. You came into the Slot tech department eight months ago and touched all our lives. You came in with the desire to learn and made great progress in the time you were with us. I treated you like a son, praising you when deserved and jumping your behind when you messed up. The techs looked at you as the annoying little brother but recognized how good of a tech you were becoming. We all will miss you Bud. Rest in Peace.
