Albert Brown

Albert L. Brown, age 81, passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2022.

Albert was born in Rushville, Nebraska on Sept. 5, 1940, he has been a resident of Baton Rouge for the last 53 years. He was the Director of Information Services at Baton Rouge School Board for 20 years and at Wildlife and Fisheries for 10 until retiring in 2000.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Elizabeth Brown; daughters and their spouses, Sandra and Paul Brady and Karen and Peter Miller; grandchildren, Beth Smartt, husband Husani, Ryan Brady, Jonathon, Matthew, and Christopher Miller; and great-grandchild Joseph Smartt.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Sylvester Nadobny and Josie and John Brown of Chadron, Nebraska.

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 16, 2022, from 9:00 am until services at 11:00 am.
