Albert Joseph "Blackeye" Falcon, Jr., born on November 5, 1934, in Donaldsonville, LA, and a resident of Baton Rouge, LA, joined his loving wife in heaven on the 14th anniversary of her passing on Friday, January 23, 2026, at the age of 91. Heaven is a better place today. He was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, and friend.
Albert is survived by his three daughters, Belinda Falcon, Lisa Falcon, and Tess Falcon; grandchildren, Erik Strehle and his wife Skylar, Alexander Strehle and his fiancée Elizabeth, Emily Falcon Adams, and Tristan Smith; great-grandchildren, Alexander Strehle, Jr., Magnolia Strehle, Sadie Adams, Emmett Adams, and Albert Smith; sister, Deanie Daigle; and numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Waiting to greet him in heaven are his wife, Barbara Ann Fernandez Falcon; granddaughters, Megan Bloom, Erika and Veronika Strehle; parents, Albert Sr. and Nita LaGarde; and his sister, Joyce Blanchard and her husband, Earl.
Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, on Saturday, January 31, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. until Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. Entombment will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
