Alice "Dianne" LeBlanc

Born on 28 June 1943, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, passed away peacefully in her home on 26 April 2026. Known for her adventurous spirit and her love for family. She had a very successful career as a wife, mother and grandmother. Alice “Dianne” attended Istrouma High School and graduated in 1962. Alice “Dianne” worked at Harbour Orthodontics and J. Barry Babin Orthodontist in Baker, Louisiana. She also worked for the morning Advocate newspaper for 13 years.

Alice is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Kay Pelletier of Zachary, Louisiana.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Joseph L. LeBlanc Sr.; sisters, Jackie Lockhart and husband, Russel, and Sandy Young and husband, Danny; sons, Joseph L. LeBlanc Jr. and Darrin E. LeBlanc; grandchildren, Katherine LeBlanc Deavers, Joseph N. LeBlanc, Darrian E. LeBlanc, Kayla M. Bennett, Linkin C. LeBlanc, and Carsen L. Griffon; great grandchildren, Austen and Connor Hester, Kaden Willis, Carson, Brooks, and Elliot Deavers, and Joseph J. LeBlanc; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are Joseph N. LeBlanc, Linkin C. LeBlanc, Kaden Willis, Bill Quirk, Brant Smith and Zachary Deavers.

She will be loved and missed by all who knew her and never forgotten.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Church, 15208 LA-73 in Prairieville, on Friday, May 1, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. A visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy in Baton Rouge, on Thursday, April 30, 2026, from 1:30-3:30 p.m. and again at St. John the Evangelist on Friday, May 1, 2026, from 10:00-11:30 a.m. The family has requested a private burial take place.
