Beverly McCaskell Wilson

“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28). Beverly McCaskell Wilson, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at the age of 86. She was raised in Natchez, MS and lived in Baton Rouge, LA. She was the heart and soul of the family, she took care of everyone.

She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Freddie Glenn Wilson; daughter, Traci Bergeron and husband Brian; 17 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; special sister-in-law, Janet Davis McCaskell; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her children, Tori Wilson Ruegg; Freddie “Bubba” Wilson, Jr.; Joseph John Wilson, Melissa Wilson Dearing; parents, Robert and Jeanette McCaskell; and siblings, Linda Comer and Floyd Kenneth McCaskell

A private graveside service will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Natchez, MS on Saturday, February 15, 2025.
