Carol Christensen

Carol Anne Christensen entered her heavenly home on Wednesday, May 6, 2009. She was born Dec. 24, 1947. Preceded in death by her parents, Margery Rains Christensen and Donald John Christensen; brother, Ronnie Christensen; and son, Jasper Wayne Langley. Survived by her brothers, Donnie Christensen and wife Lora Lynn Christensen, of Abilene, Texas, and Gary Christensen, of Houston; sisters, Debbie Christensen, of Albuquerque, N.M., and Madeline Christensen, of Coppell, Texas; nephew, Trey Christensen, of North Richland Hills, Texas; and two nieces, Gretchen Smith, of Round Rock, Texas, and Neva Christensen, of Coppell, Texas. She retired from the Louisiana state government. A private service was held at Resthaven Gardens of Memory on Sunday, May 10. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure .
