Christina Louise Plaisance

Christina Louise Plaisance, born on February 18, 1949, passed away on Friday, August 14, 2026, at the age of 77.

Christina was born in Alexandria, Louisiana. She earned her Bachelors from Louisiana State University. After she graduated, she spent years creating a loving home to raise her family in. Christina was a member of Grace Life Fellowship Church, and always enjoyed gardening and growing something new.

Christina is survived by her husband of 55 years, George Plaisance; sons, Craig Plaisance (Tiana) and Jeff Plaisance (Caroline); brother, Scott Harrison (Lisa); and grandchildren, Nirina, Arthur, and Griffin Plaisance.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Martha and William Harrison.

Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate Christina’s life on Friday, August 21, 2026, at Resthaven Funeral Home. All will be welcomed at 9:00 AM until Memorial Services at 11:00 AM, officiated by Pastor Tim Chalas. Burial to follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
