Craig Anderson

Craig Anderson, 64, a resident of Prairieville, Louisiana, passed away on January 3, 2022.

Craig was born on July 19, 1957 to the late Fines Reed Anderson and Wanda (Carter) Anderson of Pleasant Hill, Missouri.

He is survived by his wife, Lori (Dyer) Anderson of Prairieville, LA; five children, Joshua Anderson (Tracey) of Atlanta, GA, Jessica (Anderson) Oswald (Brandon) of Blue Springs, MO, Nathan Anderson (Joanna) of Lees Summit, MO, Morgan Anderson of Demopolis, AL, and Wesley Anderson of Prairieville, LA; and mother, Wanda Carter Anderson. The second son of five children and oldest son survived by Candy Anderson Barnes of Virginia Beach, VA, Carter Anderson (Denise) of Piedmont, OK, Clark Anderson of Milwaukee, WI, and Curt Anderson (Wanda) of Raytown, MO. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Jackson Anderson, Ivan Masterson III, Clara Belle Anderson, Landon Oswald, Julia Oswald, Olivia Oswald, Ava Anderson, Walker Anderson, Camilla Anderson, Anderson Oswald, and another grandbaby on the way; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews that he loved and cherished.

Visitation will take place Monday, January 10, 2022 at Resthaven Funeral Home from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM that way the family can go watch Alabama play in the National Championship…Roll Tide! A private graveside will be held at a later date at Asbury United Methodist Church Cemetery in Tremont, MS.

In lieu of flowers and in honor of his granddog Tripp, donations can be made to Friends of the Animals Dog Adoption House.
