David Chaney
September 29, 1953 — March 4, 2023
David Wayne Chaney passed away at the Carpenter House on March 4, 2023, at the age of 69.
He is survived by his step-son, Herschel Brown; 3 step-grandsons, Terry Brown, Nicholas Brown, and Cameron Schexneydre; 1 great step-grandson, Alex Brown; mother, Jude Chaney; sister, Donna Faye Chaney; brother, Thad Chaney Jr.; and many nieces and nephews.
He is proceeded in death by his wife, Frances Chaney; father, Donald Chaney; and 2 brothers, Rhett Chaney and Bruce Broussard.
Services will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home on March 10, 2023 beginning at 11:00 AM, with services at 1:00 PM. Burial to follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
