Evelyn Stafford

A retired communications specialist for ATT, she died Saturday, Feb. 12, 2011, at her home in Baton Rouge. She was 79 and a native of Oklahoma City. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, on Monday, Feb. 14, from 4 p.m. until a memorial service at 6 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Milford Walters. Survived by a son, Kenneth O. Stafford and wife Kathleen two grandchildren, Elizabeth Nicole Stafford and Joshua Owen Stafford and a greatgrandchild, Olivia Ashley. Preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth R. Stafford a son, Rufus W. Billy Ashley and a grandson, William Ashley.
