Faye Patricia Harelson

Faye Patricia Harelson passed away on Monday, September 7, 2026, at the age of 64. She was born on October 27, 1961, to William John Harelson, Sr. and Erin Ory Harelson in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Faye was an active member of St. George Catholic Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, John Harelson Jr.

Faye is survived by sisters, Margie Windham (Dewayne), Janice Troxclair (Onore), Bonnie Ryland (Mark), Dottie Territo (Joe), Louise Haydel (Tommy), Catherine Palermo (Mike), Peggy Daigle (Bill); her brother, Jerry Harelson; her Godchildren Erin LeMoine and Breanne Hehir; and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at St. George Catholic Church, 7808 St. George Drive in Baton Rouge on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. A Visitation will be held at the Church beginning at 9:30 a.m. Burial will follow at the St. George Catholic Church Cemetery.

Honoring Faye as pallbearers are her eight nephews.

Faye’s family wishes to extend their gratitude to Dr. Constance Blunt, the staff at Mary Bird Perkins and the ICU Unit at Baton Rouge General for their special care of Faye.
