Florence P. Coupel died on September 3, 2008 at the age of 88. She is survived by her 2 daughters, Beverly Faye Brown and Lynette Marie Coupel; 3 sons, David C. Coupel and wife Judy A.; John Russell and wife Pauline; Michael Travis Coupel; 4 sisters, Leona May Wunstel and husband James O., Rosa Verrett, Ruth Planchet and husband George, Sarah Ann Ledet and husband Elroy; 19 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband David A. Coupel, 3 sons James Kenneth, Carl Joseph and Patrick Ernie Coupel, 1 sister; 1 brother and her parents John Norris Parnell and Sarah Ann Parnell.
