A resident of Baton Rouge and native of New Orleans, he died at 9:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 14, 2011, at Jefferson Community Care. He was 80. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, Wednesday, Oct. 19, at 9 a.m. until memorial service in the chapel at 10 a.m., conducted by Deacon Brent Duplessis. Inurnment at 2:30 p.m. at St. Roch II, New Orleans. He is survived by a sister, Kathryn Michon a niece, Janice Thompson a nephew, Patrick Michon III and wife Christine and other greatnieces, greatnephews and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry F. and Santa S. Buddy.
