Janice L. Sadler

Janice LaFountain Sadler, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, passed away on Monday, November 4, 2024, at the age of 87.

She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Frank Sadler; son, Christopher Sadler and his wife Sandra; grandchildren, Melissa Sadler McCasland and husband Cameron, and Mary Francis Sadler; great-grandson, Thomas McCasland; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Carolyn LaFountain; and her sister, Carol Robinson. 

Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway in Baton Rouge on Thursday, November 14, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. until Funeral Services at 2:30 p.m. Interment will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory. 

The family would like to give special thanks to Paige Sanders and her husband Alan, the staff of St. James Place, and the caregivers from Home Instead.
