A retired diesel mechanic and a resident of Denham Springs, he died at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 17, 2011, at Baton Rouge General Medical CenterBluebonnet. He was 69 and a native of Punjab, India. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, on Sunday, Feb. 20, from 1 p.m. until chapel service at 3 p.m. He is survived by his wife, Amrik Kaur Singh two sons, Jagdish Jay Singh and wife Kristen, and Nabdip Bobby Sing a brother, Zorawar Singh and a grandson, Janson Taji Singh. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Pamrajeet Singh.
