Jeanette Thompson

A resident of Baton Rouge, she died at 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. She was 75 and a native of Houma. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, on Tuesday, Feb. 19, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Visiting resumes at the funeral home Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. until service at 10 a.m. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. She is survived by two daughters, Lynn M. Chevalier, and Susan M. Van Stock and husband Lynn, all of Baton Rouge; four grandchildren, Ralph Michael Chevalier, Amy Chevalier, Jenny Van Stock and Christina Van Stock; and four great-grandchildren, Jacob, Blaine, Peyton and Keenan. Preceded in death by her husband, Charles Thompson Jr.; son-in-law, Ralph A. Chevalier; and parents, Emile and Agness Colwart. She was a member of St. George Catholic Church.
