Jimmie Belleau, Jr.

Jimmie "Jimbo" Dale Belleau Jr. passed away on April 23, 2018. He was a graduate of Woodlawn High School and was employed as a Construction Manager at Level Homes. Jimmie had an infectious smile and a sense of humor that kept everyone around him laughing. He worked hard, played hard and loved hard. His favorite place to be was fishing on a boat in Grand Isle. Our worlds will be a little less brighter without him in it. Jimmie is survived by his siblings, Jeanne Belleau Bordelon (Ken), Kristie Kimball and Kenny Kimball; nieces and nephews, Stevie, Jonathan and Mason Fontenot, Grace, Jackson and Alex Bordelon and Katie Kimball. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jimmie Belleau Sr. and Glenda Belleau; maternal grandparents, H.D. & Eloise Shows; and paternal grandparents, Herbert and Marjorie Belleau. Visitation at Resthaven Gardens of Memory, 11817 Jefferson Highway, Baton Rouge on Monday, April 30 from 9:00 until service at 11:00 a.m. A reception will be held following the service at 15010 Germany Oaks, Prairieville, LA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jimmie's memory to O'Brien House at www.obrienhouse.org.
