John Bellew

John, aged 74, passed away on 3-31-18 surrounded by family. He was born in N.Y. to Michael F X and Elizabeth Bellew. After service with the U.S. Navy, he followed his career as a psychologist working and retiring with LA DHH. John is survived by his wife of 48 yrs, Jette Bellew; his children: Michael Bellew and Trine Bellew; his sister Bridget Hasty and her husband James; his nephew Phillip Hasty and his family; and his extended family in Denmark. He is preceded in death by Michael F X Bellew and Elizabeth Bellew. Visiting hours will be at Resthaven Funeral Home on Saturday, 4-7-18 from 1-2p until services at 2p in the chapel followed by service in the mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, donations, if wished, can be made to: Cancer Services of B.R. and/or B.R. St. Joseph's Hospice.
