John Garon, Sr.

John Dale Garon, Sr., age 66, a resident of Baton Rouge, passed away on December 10, 2015.

John was a Master Plumber and was a member of the Plumber's Union Local 198. He also owned his own business, Garon's Plumbing.

John is survived by his wife of 46 years, Eula Womack Garon; his children, Joshua D. Garon, Jason D. Garon and Jessica D. Garon; his grandchildren, Drew, Jared, and Jacob Garon, Amber and Jason Jr. Garon, and Gabriel Watts; his brothers, Richard "Dickie" Garon and Brian "Scotty" Garon; and his sisters, Donna Garon and Susan Garon.

He is preceded in death by his parents, John B. Garon and Virginia Bognar Garon; and his son, John Dale Garon, Jr.

Visiting hours will be observed on Sunday, December 13, 2015, at Resthaven Gardens of Memory and Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Visiting hours will resume on Monday, December 14, 2015, at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 15615 Jefferson Highway, from 9:30 AM until the time of services.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, December 14, 2015, at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church at 10:30 AM.

Interment will take place at Resthaven Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
