John Thomas Stiles Jr.

John Thomas Stiles Jr., a resident of Greensburg, passed away in his home on Friday, December 5, 2025, at the age of 94. He proudly served his country and was a veteran of the United States Army. He was a member of The Grand Lodge of the State of Louisiana of the Denham Springs Lodge. He retired from Formosa Plastics in February 1986, but he never truly retired because he always kept himself busy with his family and many hobbies. He was the president of 12 Mile Hunting Club in Greensburg, LA for 10 years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and spent his time after retirement hunting and fishing. He was a loving father, devoted grandfather, brother and friend and will be missed by all those who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, John Thomas Sr. and Adine Stiles; wife, Peggy Stiles; daughters, Donna Hughes and Diana Stiles; sisters, Lillian Sullivan and Rosalie Lavigne; grandson, John C. Stiles.

He is survived by sisters, Anna Mae Meadows and Grace Morris; son, Danny Stiles; daughter, Deloris Stiles; son-in-law, Chris Hughes; granddaughters, Jamie Odum (Dylan) and Summer Archer (Ranardo); great-grandchildren, Hunter, Kole and Khyrion.

The family wishes to hold a private service at a later date.
