Julia Pampell

A loving wife and mother who is now in the presence of the Lord, she died in Baton Rouge at 5:55 a.m. Monday, July 21, 2008. She was 77 and a native of Prairieville. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, was on Tuesday, July 22, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Visiting continues at the funeral home chapel on Wednesday from 11 a.m. until religious service at 1 p.m., conducted by Vernon O. Dodd, pastor. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by her husband, Charles E. Chuck Pampell; a daughter, Vickie Webb and husband Dwayne; two sons and daughters-in-law, Ken C. and Syble Pampell, and Randy L. and Carol Pampell; six grandchildren, Tim, Greg, Camille, Celeste, Tandra and Clair; seven great-grandchildren and three expected great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, Vincent R. and Clarissy R. Villar; four sisters and six brothers. She was a member of Bethel Temple Assembly of God.
