Kami Lyon Thomas, a native of Baton Rouge, LA and a resident of St. Francisville, LA, passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at the age of 47. Kami graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Southeastern and furthered her education at LSU obtaining a master’s in social work. She was the owner of Ma Milles Boutique. She loved shopping, gardening, hunting, painting and spending time with her daughter. Kami had a giving heart, a smile that was infectious and never met a stranger.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Camille Grace Thomas; Her parents, William “Billy” Lyon and Seritta Catania Lyon; her sister, Ragan LeBlanc (Marco); niece and nephew, Laney LeBlanc and Landen LeBlanc.

Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy. Baton Rouge, LA 70816, on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 12:30 p.m. until Funeral Service at 2:30 p.m. Interment will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Pallbearers will be Marco LeBlanc, Landen LeBlanc, Ben Thomas, Tucker Freeman, Brandon Freeman and Troy Canella; honorary pallbearer will be Randy Thomas.
