Marie Chagnard

A homemaker and a resident of Baton Rouge, she died at 3:20 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 26, 2009, at Lakewood Quarters. She was 82 and a native of New Orleans. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, on Wednesday, March 4, from 1 p.m. until religious service at 3 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Michael Allelo. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by her daughter-in-law, Shirley England Chagnard, of Prairieville; four granddaughters, Terry Favaloro and husband Wes, Cheryl Lawrence and husband Lee, Ellen Martin and husband Chris, and Julie Chagnard, all of Baton Rouge; and seven great-grandchildren, Trey, Reese and Brayden Favaloro, Courtney and Tyler Lawrence and Emily and Abby Martin. Preceded in death by her husband, Harold A. Chagnard Sr.; and son, Harold A. Chagnard Jr.
