Marilyn Levine

Marilyn passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 24, 2012. She was 85 years old. Formally of Pittsburgh, Pa., she called Baton Rouge her home since 1959. She is survived by, and will be missed by her children, Marc Sheffler, of Los Angeles, Calif., Janice Thomas, of Gainesville, Fla., Loren Robert Bobby LeVine, of Baton Rouge, and Beau Jay LeVine, of Houston, Tex. Also, nine grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Jerome E. LeVine, her parents, Joseph and Sarah Hiedovitz, a sister, Gertrude Sax, and a brother, Harold Hiedovitz. A special thanks to her loyal sitters, Kaboo and LaTasha. At Marilyns request, there will be no service in Baton Rouge. A private family service will be held in Pittsburgh, Pa.
