Absent from the body, present in the Lord. He loved his family, friends, and his precious Shannon. He died peacefully at his home after many months of cancer. He fought a hard battle, but God took him to relieve all his pain, and rest in His loving arms.
He is survived by his mother, Rebecca “Becky” Morgan; son, Connor Morgan; sister, Robin Wootton, her husband, Chris, and their daughter, Isabel; and his loving Shannon Addison.
He is preceded in death by his father, Ronald “Ron” Morgan; grandparents, James and Helen Corban, and Thomas and Ethel Morgan.
Mark graduated from Ponchatoula High School and served in the United States Marines. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Ponchatoula.
A graveside service was held at Resthaven Gardens of Memory in Baton Rouge.
