Mary is survived by her loving husband, J.D. Forbus; son, Jason D. Forbus and wife Beth; daughters, Connie Forbus Mizell and husband Derhl and Luann Forbus Franklin and husband David; 5 grandchildren, Jessica, Jared and wife Kristin, Mary Lu, Bryan and Lexie; 2 great grandchildren; sister, Betty Ruth Crosson; brothers, Clarence Sims and Leon Sims.
Visiting hours will take place at Resthaven Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 from 9:00 am until services at 10:00 am.
