Michell Brown

A resident of Maurepas and a native of Baton Rouge, she died at 12:54 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2008, in Ascension Parish in an automobile accident. She was 43 and a 1984 graduate of Woodlawn High School. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, on Sunday, Nov. 2, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and in the chapel on Monday, Nov. 3, from 9:30 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by her parents, Sam and Joan Kimbrough; paternal grandfather, Sam H. Kimbrough Sr.; children, Haley Elizabeth and Jacob Allen Brown and their father, Roger Brown; a brother, Darryn and wife Candiace Kimbrough; niece, Peyton Alexandria Kimbrough; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Ruth Denham Kimbrough; and maternal grandparents, Albert Edward and Catherine Ott Kent.
