Myrtle Cook

Myrtle Cook, age 93, a resident of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away peacefully in her sleep on May 27, 2023. She was born on June 21, 1929, to George and Gertrude Brown in Georgetown, LA. Myrtle was a simple lady who loved her family. She is survived by her son, Randall Cook and granddaughters, Stephanie Cook and Ashley Cook. A visitation will be held from 10 – 11 AM on Friday, June 2, 2023, at Resthaven Funeral Home with a memorial service to follow at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, please direct memorial donations to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
