A resident of Baton Rouge, she died at 3 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2009, at Lakewood Quarters. She was 80 and a native of Saigon, Vietnam. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, Wednesday, Sept. 16, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Thursday from 9 a.m. until a Buddhist service at 10 a.m. Cremation to follow. Survived by her son, Quang V. Cao and wife Lai; and granddaughter, Chi L. Cao.
