Norris Crawford

A resident of Baton Rouge and native of Bolivar, La, passed away on Wed. Sept. 23rd.

Norris attended school at Chesbrough High and SLU. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served as a paratrooper in the Special Forces. Norris worked as a sales rep for the Wm. Wrigley Co. for 38 years. He was a long time member and deacon of Grace Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Pinckney and Lilah Crawford.

He is survived by his wife Margaret Hendry Crawford; daughter Lisa Crawford Smith and husband Gary; son Kevin Crawford and wife Lisa; grandson Garrett Smith and wife Libby; one brother Jamie H. Crawford; three sisters Dorris Sanders, Sandra Wall and Kay Saxon.

Visitation is at Resthaven Funeral Home on Thursday September 24th from 6-8 pm and again at 10 am on Friday September 25th till services at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
