Ok Chae Moon

Ok Chae Moon, age 68, a resident of Baton Rouge, passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2024.

He was a beloved family member and friend. He cherished spending time with loved ones, and his generosity knew no bounds. His kindness, warmth, and smile will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. In his passing, he leaves behind a legacy of hard work, integrity, and compassion. Beyond his devotion to his loved ones, he nurtured a deep passion for golf.

He is survived by the family he adored his wife of 39 years, Chun Ok Moon Park; their son, Suk Ho Moon and their daughter, Joung Yun Moon; as well as numerous other loving family and friends.

Visitation will be held at Hanmaum (One-In-Christ) Catholic Church, located at 4812 W Napoleon Ave in Metairie, on Saturday, February 17, 2024 from 3:00 pm until services commence at 5:00pm.

The family of Ok Chae Moon wishes to extend heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff of Our Lady of the Lake Cancer Institute, the supportive community of Hanmaum Catholic Church, and Rev. Keun Soo Lee for their unwavering care and support during this challenging time.
