Olen Leblanc
August 23, 1923 — January 1, 2008
A retired employee of the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, he died Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2008, at his home in Baton Rouge. He was 84 and a native of Brusly. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home on Thursday, Jan. 3, from 9 a.m. until service at noon. Survived by his former wife, Joyce Yeldell LeBlanc; sister, Rita Gay LeBlanc Huff and husband Wayne Huff Jr.; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin and Virginia L'Hoste LeBlanc; two brothers, Ray and Benny LeBlanc; and two sisters, Virgie Ourso and Beverly Wells.
