Patricia Hudson Hayden

Patricia Hudson Hayden was born on December 21, 1954, and passed away on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at the age of 71.

Pat was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She graduated from Robert E. Lee High School. After high school, she worked in banking and eventually became a loan officer at Baton Rouge City Parish Employees Federal Credit Union, where she worked for over 30 years.

She was a volunteer with The Miracle League at Cypress Mounds, where she announced every game and made sure each player had a walk-up song. Pat’s true passion was her four grandchildren, as she always enjoyed spending time with them. She had a love for LSU baseball, as well as a love for gardening, the beach, and being with family and friends.

Pat is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Ryan and Katie Dicharry; sisters, Letty Vincent (Paul) and Becky Bofinger (Bill); brothers, Jamie Hudson (Kay) and Bob Hudson (Chantal); grandchildren, Morgan, Hudson, Stella, and Bobby Dicharry; godchildren, Jamie and Brandon Vincent, and Kirbi Travis; and best friend, Teri Gomez.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Margie Hudson.

Visitation will take place at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, in Baton Rouge on Friday, January 9, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m. until services are held at 11:00 a.m., officiated by Father Mitch Semar. Her burial will take place at a later date at Salem Cemetery in Redland, Louisiana.
