Paul continued his education at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, where he earned a Master of Music in Church Music Ministry, and later returned to Louisiana State University to earn a Master of Music in Vocal Performance.
He began his professional career as Minister of Music at Hebron Baptist Church. He went on to work for the Social Security Administration for 43 years. Paul was a longtime member of Broadmoor Baptist Church, where he touched the lives of countless children and families through his volunteer work with the children's choir for many years.
He passed away on June 18, 2026.
