A native of Roseville, MI and a resident of Baton Rouge, LA passed away on Tuesday, Sept 25, 2012, at the age of 85. Visitation will be Saturday, Sept 29, 2012 from 10 am until the Memorial Service at 1 pm at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy., Baton Rouge. Inurnment to follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory. He is survived by daughter, Rita Bech and husband Cory son, Joseph Thomas and wife Jennifer sister, Evelyn Dolland of Tampa, FL grandchildren, Tabitha Gill, Elijah Thomas and Benjamin Thomas. He was preceded in death by his wife, Velma Hebert Thomas parents, James and Martha Thomas and sister Genevieve Witt.
