Robert Mornhinveg

A Southern Towing employee, he died at 4:45 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17, 2008, at Ochsner Medical Center. He was 66 and a resident and native of Baton Rouge. Memorial visitation at the Healing Place Church Annex, 14141 Airline Highway, on Tuesday from 1 p.m. until memorial service at 2:30 p.m., conducted by Ken Spivey, pastor. He is survived by his wife, Connie C. Mornhinveg; a daughter, Stacey Nicole Wall and husband David, of Gonzales; two sons, Bobby Dale O'Connell, of Walker, and Phillip C. Scardina and wife Marguerite, of Prairieville; and five grandchildren, Phillip Charles Scardina, Alexandra Marguerite Scardina, Annelise Isabella Scardina, Bradlee Nicole Wall and Adam McCrory Wall. Preceded in death by his parents, Jessie and Ola Mae Mornhinveg; and a sister, Sandra Mornhinveg. Memorial donation to Healing Place Church, 19202 Highland Road, Baton Rouge, LA 70809. Resthaven Funeral Home is in charge of cremation.
