Robin Jane Little

Robin Jane Little passed away on November 13, 2023, at the age of 63. She was born on February 9, 1960, in Henrietta, Texas to Charlie and Ruth Little.

Robin led a fulfilling life that touched the hearts of many. After earning her bachelor's degree from Florida State University, she embarked on a career in healthcare as a CCU Nurse. Robin's compassion and dedication to taking care of others were evident in the way she cared for her patients and their families. Her commitment to providing top-notch medical care made a lasting impact on those around her.

Outside of work, Robin had a wide range of interests and hobbies that brought her joy. She found solace and contentment working in her yard, tending to her plants with loving care. The beauty she created with her green thumb was awe-inspiring.

A lover of the western genre, particularly John Wayne, Robin found delight in watching classic films that transported her to another time and place. The courage and resilience displayed by the characters resonated with her deeply.

Sports also held a special place in Robin's heart as well. She was an avid fan of baseball, supporting the Texas Rangers along with any other Texas teams. College football also captivated her attention, rooting for both Florida State University and the University of Texas.

What truly defined Robin's character was her unwavering willingness to lend a helping hand whenever it was needed. Her selflessness knew no bounds, as she was always there for anyone who required assistance or support. Her loved ones cherished her kind-hearted nature and admired her for the unwavering support she provided.

Robin's warm and caring spirit extended to her family and closest friends. She is survived by her life partner of 40 years, Shannon Taylor, who was a pillar of strength throughout her life. Her sisters, Charla Little and Christy McNinch, and brother Mark Little have lost a beloved sibling whose memories they shall forever hold dear. Robin also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.

A graveside service to celebrate Robin Jane Little's life will be held on November 16, 2023, at Resthaven Gardens of Memory in Baton Rouge, LA.
