Ronald Landry, Dds

Dr. Ronald David Landry, 81, of Baton Rouge, LA passed away on September 22, 2021.

A graduate of Loyola Dental School, Ronnie started his private practice as a Pediatric Dentist in 1969, in Baton Rouge, until retirement in 2017.

Ronnie was a devoted & loving husband, father, brother, and friend.  Ronnie had a passion for fishing and LSU sports. He loved spending time with family and friends, cooking, music, astronomy, and nature.

He knew at a young age he wanted to be a dentist. Ronnie is survived by his beloved wife, Darlene Landry, his daughters Suzanne Landry LaCroix (Kurt), Melissa Landry Nickel (Joel), Lauren Landry Dvorscak (Eric). Stepchildren Bobby Buyas (Leigh) and Blane Buyas, his brother Antime J. Landry II, DDS (Pat), his Sister Kay Landry; grandchildren Mollie LaCroix, Matthew LaCroix, Cody Nickel, Beau Nickel, Liam Dvorscak, Brittany Buyas, Sydney Buyas, and Brayden Buyas, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Ronnie is preceded in death by his father Antime J. Landry Sr, mother Yvonne Roy Landry, godchild Julie Landry Stovall.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Magnolia Brook Senior Living and Hospice of Baton Rouge for their kind and compassionate care.

Visiting hours and memorial will take place at Resthaven on Friday, October 1, 2021, from 9-10am, services at 10:00am.
