Sadie Tinnin

Sadie Acosta Tinnin died Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2011, at Baton Rouge General Medical Center. She was 79, born in January 1932, and a resident of Baton Rouge. Visiting will be at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, Sunday, Oct. 9, from noon until service at 2 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Milford Walters. She is survived by her children, Wanda Penny Hutchinson and Brenda Tinnin a sister, Shirley ODaniel a brother, Richard Acosta and wife Wilma and lots of grand dogs. She was preceded in death by her parents, Faustin Poppa and Angeline Mammy Acosta a son, Dwayne Hutchinson sisters, Maude Sanchez, Magda Blackie Stephens and Melda Ellis and brothers, Olvin Titi Acosta, Melvin Acosta and Sylvest Rocky Acosta.
