Sandra Easterling

Sandra M Easterling, of Baton Rouge, passed away on July 14, 2016.

Sandy was born to parents, Clara and Anthony Mascarella, Jr on December 25, 1963. Sandy married Alvin O Easterling, Jr on January 17, 1982. Sandy graduated from Ascension College and spent her early career as Certified Medical Assistant at Baton Rouge Clinic. Since 2006, she has been leaving her stamp on the environmental field here is Louisiana through her work as an environmental consultant and trainer for her company Coastal Environmental Solutions. Though she loved what she did for a living, her family, children and grandchildren were her greatest accomplishments according to her.

Sandy is preceded in death by parents, Clara and Anthony Mascarella, Jr, Williams Grandparents, and Mascarella Grandparents, numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Sandy is survived by husband, Alvin O Easterling, Jr., children, Tiffany E Stieffel, Katie E Biggers, and William E Easterling; siblings, Donald Mascarella, Barbara Mascarella, and David Mascarella; grandchildren, Aubrey and Macie Stieffel, Breyden , Jenna , and Reece Biggers, Myles, Austin, Hunter, Ally Easterling Tiffani-Michelle, Jessica and Robert Schmidt; and great-grandchild, Zoey Easterling.

Visitation will be held Sunday, July 17, 2016 from 12-3pm at Resthaven Gardens of Memory and Funeral Home (11817 Jefferson Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA) with service immediately following.
