Stacy Lynn Hilton, 54, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, passed away on September 17, 2025, surrounded by love. Born on February 20, 1971, Stacy lived a life dedicated to service, compassion, and deep connection. For 16 years, she served her community as a paramedic, offering care and comfort in moments of greatest need. Later, she embraced her extraordinary gift as a spiritual medium, touching thousands of lives by helping people reconnect with their loved ones who had passed on. Through her work, Stacy brought healing, hope, and peace to countless hearts and souls.
Stacy was also a gifted musician and a proud LSU alumna, where she played the French horn. Music was one of her love languages, and she delighted in sharing songs with those she held dear. She had a quick wit, an incredible sense of humor, and could light up any room with laughter.
Those who knew Stacy will remember her deep curiosity about others—she always wanted to hear your story—and her limitless compassion for the less fortunate. Her heart was as generous as it was courageous, and she never hesitated to lend a helping hand.
Stacy is survived by her beloved partner, Debra Tongue; her sisters, Angela Perryman, and brother-in-law, Jeff Perryman, and Chrissy Hanson, and her brother-in-law, Brian Hanson; her niece, Katelynn Barker, and husband, Kyler; her nephew, Hunter Perryman, and his son, Jude Perryman. She is also remembered with love by countless friends, clients, and community members whose lives she touched in immeasurable ways.
Stacy is preceded in death by her mother, Rae Hilton; her father, Philip Hilton; her biological father, David Hilton; and numerous other cherished family members.
Stacy’s legacy is one of laughter, music, healing, and unconditional love. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy in Baton Rouge, on Monday, September 29, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. A visitation will take place at the funeral home beginning at 9:00 a.m.
