Tuan Phan, beloved husband, father, son, brother, and cousin passed from this life on Tuesday, May 30, 2023.
He is survived by his wife, Tracy Van Tran; son, Treston Hoang Phan; daugther, Tatum Tien Phan; mother, Huyen Truong; sister, Nhung Phan; brother, Thanh Phan; brother, Trung Phan; sister, Natty Phan
Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 5, 2023.
8:30 am to 10:00 am - visitation and viewing
10:00 am to 11:00 am - Catholic ceremony
11:00 am to 1:00 pm - Buddhist ceremony
Cremation will follow after the conclusion of Buddhist ceremony.
We kindly request that no monetary donation be made.
