Vicki Rabalais

Vicki Rabalais, age 62, passed away on April 23, 2021.

Vicki was a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge/Central and a graduate of Glen Oaks High School. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She enjoyed traveling, fishing, dancing, singing and never turned down the opportunity for a game of cards with her friends and family. Vickie never met a stranger and would always greet you with her beautiful smile and a huge hug. Her vibrant personality and loving spirit will not be forgotten.

She is survived by her dedicated husband of 38 years, Brent Rabalais; daughter, Stephanie Rabalais (Josh LaCroix); and son, Kevin Rabalais (Sheila). She is also survived by her brothers, Keith Altazin (Valerie) and Louis Altazin (Judy); her grandchildren, Liam, Owen and Rosalee; mother-in-law, Elmade Rabalais, life-long friend, Carol Dupuy and her 8 nieces and 8 nephews who all loved her dearly.

She is preceded in death by her loving parents, Louis and Rosalee Altazin; father-in-law, Morris Rabalais and aunt, Barbara Ourso.

Visiting hours will take place at St. Isidore Catholic Church on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 from 10:00 am -11:30 am. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12:00pm. Private burial to be held at a later date.

Pallbearers will be Keith Altazin, Louis Altazin, Kevin Rabalais and Josh LaCroix.
