Victor F. Saporito

Victor Saporito, 83, a native of New Orleans and resident of Prairieville, passed away May 5, 2023.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Jean, and son Scott Saporito and his wife Mary of Prairieville, a daughter Karen Bonvillain Rogers and her husband Jamie of Marrero, seven grandchildren, Chris Saporito, Alex Saporito, Anna Saporito, Alyssa Saporito, Melanie Saporito, Ashleigh Russo and Earl Russo, IV. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Charles Saporito and Frances Lodato Saporito, a brother Dr. Charles Saporito, and sons Victor Saporito, Jr. and Troy Saporito.

Victor graduated from Loyola University and was an avid LSU fan. He retired from AT&T and was a member of Jefferson United Methodist Church.

A memorial service will be held at Jefferson United Methodist Church, Baton Rouge, on May 20, 2023 at 11:00 am, with visitation prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 am.
