Walton Joseph Bean, age 58, passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2024. He was born September 19, 1965, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Walton was the beloved son of Clarence Joseph Bean, Jr. and Margaret Vavasseur Bean.

Walton enjoyed a successful career at EXXON. He proudly served as a Fire Team Captain on EXXON Fire Brigade and took immense pride in his profession.

Walton was a man of faith. He was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, friend, and mentor. He was enthusiastic about all things outdoors. He was an excellent marksman and a skilled carpenter. Walton never encountered a project that was bigger than him.

Walton’s love for life, joy of cooking, and his infectious laugh brought joy to everyone around. His kindness, generosity, selflessness, and unwavering dedication to his family will be sorely missed by all who knew him. We will never forget and always admire the moral compass that guided Walton’s life.
