He was born on Wednesday, December 13, 1944, in New Orleans, Louisiana, son to the late William V. Treadaway and Vivian M. Treadaway. Warren graduated from West Jefferson High School in Harvey, Louisiana. He went on to proudly serve our country in the United States Navy, the Navy Reserves, and the United States Air Force, demonstrating a commitment to service that would continue throughout his life. Following his military career, he worked as a salesman and educator before finding fulfillment as the master mechanic for the LSU Ag Center Botanic Gardens at Burden. In his leisure time, Warren engaged in various passions including wood carving, cooking, scuba diving, sailing, caring for his farm animals, and supporting the food pantry at St. John the Evangelist. He also enjoyed volunteering as a docent at the LSU Rural Life Museum, sharing his love of history and nature with others.
Warren is preceded in death by his first wife, Jerilyn Vallee; his parents, William and Vivian Treadaway; and sister Kathleen T. LaGrange.
