A resident of Baton Rouge, Bill died Sunday, July 11, 2010, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. He was 55, born Dec. 25, 1954. Visitation at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, on Tuesday, July 13, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Visitation resumes Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. until service at 10 a.m., conducted by Pat Hymel. Burial in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Bill is survived by his devoted wife of 36 years, Becky Martin parents, Ken and Jean Martin daughter, Kyla and husband Michael Duhe son, Josh and wife Emily Martin sister, Julyn and husband David Duke and five grandchildren, Julian Duhe and Caleb, Daniel, Benjamin and Abigail Martin. Preceded in death by his brother, Kyle Martin and grandson, Jacob Martin. Pallbearers will be Michael Duhe, David Duke, James Fontenot, Michael Hutchinson, Tommy Wells and Michael Wells. Honorary pallbearers are Steve Clack, Danny Dwyer and Dale Roberts.
